Small repairs and alterations can normally be carried out at the time of the first visit. Although I may need to collect & materials.

Handyman Tip: In order to save yourself money, Try to arrange for me to carryout several smaller jobs all in one visit.

  For some jobs I will give you a FREE no obligation estimate including the cost all materials and labour, if it is a material I am unable to source I am happy to provide an estimate to you on a Labour only basis.

  My estimates are given on a no obligation policy on my estimates and will follow up with a call 3 days later to see if you have any questions and have received it, then we will leave you to read it through and letting you decide if you wish to proceed with it. I am not a pushy salesman, I am a professional Tradesman. All my estimates are valid for up to 60 days, if you wish to proceed and the estimate has lapsed this period I can carryout one free revision for you.

   I specialize in the smaller jobs that many bigger operations will not touch due to there begin no profit for them. But have also undertaken some bigger jobs which can take several months to complete with a fixed contract giving you that extra peace of mind. Generally I do not have a call out fee unless you require an immediate response for a visit. I charge on a per hour basis for a flat fee making my charges very easy to understand, and will inform you if a job will exceed the agreed time.

  If you are not happy with my work I will put it right for Free, all of my work is guaranteed for one year from the date of repair, as part of this guarantee I am unable to cover manufacture failure of the parts supplied, although I always aim to supply the highest quality parts and use the policy that if I would not fit it my home it would not be fitted in my customers and have often neglected materials on this basis.

  I do have both gas safe engineers and electricians who I have worked with many times and am more than happy to undertake the work you require I can put you in touch with them if you let me know.

Supply of Materials

  Materials I supply are charged at the cost price (this means supplier discounts are passed on to you) plus my maximum 20% fee, if a delivery fee is applicable this will also be added on.

  You are welcome to arrange the materials for the job you wish me to complete. This is particularly useful if it a product you have found that I am unable to source for you. Leaving me to provide an estimation of the Labour only.  Please mention this to me at the time of estimation.

  If you choose to supply the materials please check they are un-damaged and correct for the job prior to booking the work in as there will be a small fee for re-booking.
